Figure out better process for swag

The truth is that we've promised lots of t-shirts left and right, but so far we've only been able to give a handful of them in person. They're located in Madrid and London.

Every time we want to send swag to a contributor, we have two options:

• Take one of those t-shirts from our current stock, and ship them internationally. Not fun, customs involved, etc.
• Find a local English-speaking provider and print exactly 1 t-shirt and send it to the person. Also not fun.

There has to be a better way. What about having some sort of online place where people can buy customized merchandising for themselves, and then we use it when we want to give it away to someone abroad?
