Support for redemption on v0.2.0 of keep-network/tbtc-dapp.

Extensive additions, clarifications, and improvements to the spec. Additionally, on the code side:
- Integration with significant architectural improvements/clarifications on the signer side.
- Using truffle.
- Upgrade to solc 0.5.x.
- Upgrade bitcoin-spv dependencies.
- Improved and complete tBTC minting, including clearer and more complete security around minting, burning, and transfer roles.
- Improved handling of the funder bond (which is used to guarantee a funder won't abandon a new deposit without paying for the cost of deposit creation).
- Continuous integration!
