Description:

- First it gets a request for files: an array of file paths and a callback function.
- then it bundles the files and adds the file to the master list if it's not already on the master list.
- At this point, each file has been made into an IBSYS.File object and the reference in the bundle and master list point to the same object.
- As it adds to the master list, it makes the YUI Get Utility call and passes the File objects updateStatus method as a callback method.
- As it adds to the bundle, it subscribes the bundle to listen to it's files' statusUpdated event call.
- Each time a bundle 'receives' an updateStatus event call, it checks to see if the status of all it's files are 'success'. If so, it triggers the original callback method.


Notes:

- The File object in the masterList is the same File object in each of the bundles that it may be referenced in.
	-- That's why when there is already a file in the master list, that is what is returned to be put in the bundle.

- Each bundle subscribes to each of the instances of the File object it has stored.
	-- When the masterList gets back a file and calls the updateStatus method for that File object, it will in turn fire a statusUpdated event.
	-- Since each bundle with that particular File object is listening, it will then check it's own status by checking the status of each of it's files.
	-- At that time, it will fire the original callback function.

- Since it is possible that a newly created bundled has all loaded files, it will do a check on the status immediately after loading. If so, the callback will fire.
