Goal

Backstage provides a unified interface for developers to discover, catalog, and visualize all their software assets, including services, libraries, documentation, and other resources.

Do a research on how we can use the functionality of Backstage to enhance the user-experience of working with Keptn by visually displaying the current deployment data.

Questions for the research

  • Is it possible to integrate Keptn with Backstage?
  • Possible use case: Show KeptnApps with the versions of workloads directly on backstage pages, maybe even which version of workloads is on which gitops stage

If possible, let's create a small PoC as part of this research (in the points where it makes sense).
