Non-passive event listener warning in Chrome when using draggable option

Chrome gives the following warning when you activate the draggable option:

[Violation] Added non-passive event listener to a scroll-blocking 'touchstart' event. Consider marking event handler as 'passive' to make the page more responsive

Thank you @GitNorthWay . The root cause of the issue is on Glider.js. I will try look into it and create a PR, but the performance impact of this is minor.
