Plugin.xml required

Hi, I am using this picker for my ionic 2 application. I did some of the changes in the code to meet my requirement and I have put up the updated code on my Github. I am trying to use the same code for my application by referencing it from Github. Any ideas on how to achieve this? Plugin.xml is not present owing to which not able to add it as a plugin.
