Issue

When using the "Download Data" feature, the columns Observed Phenotype (HPO) and Not Observed Phenotype (HPO) are always empty.

Those columns should contain a list of comma separated values.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Make a query that contains either Observed Phenotype (HPO) or Not Observed Phenotype (HPO) value.
  • Download the Participants data
  • The exported data contains no values for the fields Observed Phenotype (HPO) and Not Observed Phenotype (HPO).

Should be fixed by kids-first/kf-arranger-admin#8

Needs to push arranger configs in QA to validate, though.
