Cavatica modal : Link to cavatica token page is broken #2232

How to reproduce

In dashboard in Cavatica Projects card, click on CONNECT.

Then in the modal click on the link Developer Dashboard.

=> The link is broken
The page https://cavatica.sbgenomics.com//developer#token is opened

It should be https://cavatica.sbgenomics.com/developer#token (remove a /)
