A user sent a support request with the following message. It looks like there might be an issue where the user modifies his profile but then the info is not saved correctly. When the user logs out and logs back in, the changes have disappeared.

Thank you for checking on me. I have been trying to get my profile together but encountered some issues and got frustrated. I Initially set up my account last year through my ORCID ID. At the time I was at another institution and had a different email address. I finally updated my ORCID information so now my KidsFirst profile has my correct email address. However, I am unable to make any permanent changes to my profile. I have gone in to edit my profile multiple times. Each time, I save my information but when I change pages or log out and log back in it resets my profile page and won't save any of my information. Also, I am unable to add my institution, institutional email or title. These fields do not come up at all when I try to edit my profile. So as of now, I have an account but there is no information in it so I have not made it public. I'll get in touch with support for the portal and hopefully they can help me out.

In QA it works for me. To close this ticket I will have to check in prd the fix of #3275 if it solves the issue completely.
