# [app:source.exclude_patterns]
# license

# Profiles
#
# You can extend section / key with a profile
# For example, you want to deploy a demo version of your application without
# HD content. You could first change the title to add "(demo)" in the name
# and extend the excluded directories to remove the HD content.
#
# [app@demo]
# title = My Application (demo)
#
# [app:source.exclude_patterns@demo]
# images/hd/*
#
# Then, invoke the command line with the "demo" profile:
#
# buildozer --profile demo android debug

I would drop that line from your buildozer.spec p4a.local_recipes = /home/TERRA/Android/python-for-android-master/pythonforandroid/recipes/
local recipes are only for custom recipe use, but here you're making it point to the p4a one.
Next is make sure buildozer is uninstalled from Python2 pip via pip uninstall buildozer and then install from master branch on Python3 via: pip3 install --user --upgrade https://github.com/kivy/buildozer/archive/e58ad28.zip.
