Siri cannot turn AirConditioner ON anymore

Describe the bug
Since iOS 18, Siri cannot turn Air Conditioners anymore. I think is due to to the fact that in the old version of iOS, Siri used to trigger Characteristic.Active -> true, but now it only triggers Characteristic.TargetHeaterCoolerState -> 1 without turning on the device.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Say "hey Siri, turn on Aire Cocina"
2. It says on the screen (in the notification), Aire Cocina turned on
3. It does nothing

Expected behavior
The Air Conditioner should come online
