When enabling the setting "Allow preference changes", I don't think the "Manage preferences" page should display private lists the user is subscribed to. Right now the page is displaying all the public lists plus the private ones, and all the private ones are named de same: "Private list". See the image below.

I know this can be easily customized in the subscription.html static template, but I think listmonk should hide the private lists in the "Manage preferences" page by default.
