基于Paddle复现SNUNet-CD,并入PaddleRS套件

1.论文简介

SNUNet-CD: A Densely Connected Siamese Network for Change Detection of VHR Images

上图是SNUNET-CD架构概述。作者提出了一种用于变化检测的稠密链接网络,即SNUNet-CD (siamese network和NestedUNet的组合),受DenseNet和NestedUNet的启发,设计了一个密集的连接的连体网络用于变更检测。通过编码器和解码器之间、解码器和解码器之间的密集跳过连接,它可以保持高分辨率、细粒度的表示。提出了集成通道关注模块(ECAM)的深度监控方法。通过ECAM,可以细化不同语义层次的最具代表性的特征,并用于最终的分类。

2.复现精度

在CDD的测试集的测试效果如下表,达到验收指标,F1-Score=95.3%

每一个epoch的精度和loss可以用visualDL在output\snunet\vdl_log\vdlrecords.1649682194.log中查看。

3.环境依赖

通过以下命令安装对应依赖

cd SNUNet-Paddle/
pip install -r requirements.txt

4.数据集

下载地址:

https://aistudio.baidu.com/aistudio/datasetdetail/29275

数据集下载解压后需要生成.txt文件用于训练。执行以下命令。

python ./data/process_cdd_data.py --data_dir=../work/Real/subset

5.快速开始

模型训练

运行一下命令进行模型训练,在训练过程中会对模型进行评估,启用了VisualDL日志功能,运行之后在/output/snunet/vdl_log 文件夹下找到对应的日志文件

python tutorials/train/snunet.py --data_dir=../work/Real/subset --out_dir=./output/snunet/

参数介绍

  • data_dir:数据集路径

  • out_dir:模型输出文件夹

其他超参数在snunet.py文件中已经设置好。最后一个epoch结束,模型验证日志如下:

除了可以再训练过程中验证模型精度,可以使用eval_snunet.py脚本进行测试,权重文件可在百度云盘下载,提取码:1tea

模型预测

本项目提供预测脚本tutorials\predict\snunet_pred.py,设置以下参数就可直接运行

  • args.weight 训练好的权重
  • args.A,args.B,是T1影像路径,T2影像路径
  • args.pre 预测图片存储的位置
