Handle connection to Kai server when it is deployed from Konveyor

As of July 2024, our IDE plugin assumes that the Kai backend server is running local to where the IDE is running.

We will be moving forward with having Konveyor deploying Kai in the next few months, at that point in time the Kai backend is planned to be deployed by Konveyor Operator and will be behind the Hub's proxy.

We will need the ability to specify the coordinates for the Kai backend from the Kai IDE Plugin.
Assume:

• Need to work with HTTP and HTTPS
• Optional ability for SSL verify
• Optional include a SSL CA Cert for SSL verification
