Distribution of kai vscode plugin

Currently, the plugin needs to take into account java external provider and analyzer-lsp binaries based on the architecture. We have

1. Intel Mac
2. M series Mac
3. Linux
4. windows

Rough idea is to build a vsix package for all major architectures and have them available in the build folder. To build the package, use GH runners may be?!

Longterm, need to figure out how to relase the plugin in vscode marketplace.
