i18next + code optimizations

So for now we are offering only one language I think we should offer possibility to make translations by contributors
Additional value will be that we could simplify many modals and other not generic things into single components with passing only text to be shown and functions which will be called on specific buttons

I propose to add it after 3.0 since scope of 3.0 is big enough for now
