"Proxy server refused connection" error on Android 11

When I open the app, it will not connect to the internet at all. It displays an error that says "Proxy Server Refused Connection." It also appears to actually be a fork of the Tor Browser, while the github description says it is supposed to be a fork of Tusky.

I downloaded the latest version from the official F-Droid Repo.
