This is because the changed data is overwritten with the old data when the user logs out. This issue extends to all aspects of the database system, and could be an issue down the line.

It's going to be a challenge to keep older databases up to date with changing code i.e. The test server's LiveCharacters table has fields that shouldn't be there.
