Any way to process real and imaginary data?

Unfortunately, I have only real, imaginary and magnitude data for each echo.
Is there a way to process SEPIA with these data without a hustle?

Unfortunately SEPIA only supports Magnitude/Phase combination at the moment. Therefore, you will have to take one more step to export phase data from the real/imaginary data. This can be done, for example, in Matlab

sepia_addpath; % to use the NIFTI input/output functions in SEPIA

%% Step 0: define input/ourput filenames
real_fn = '/path/to/sub001_part-real.nii'; % Input real image filename, replace this with your filename
imag_fn = '/path/to/sub001_part-imag.nii'; % Input imaginary image filename, replace this with your filename
phase_fn = '/path/to/sub001_part-phase.nii'; % Output phase filename, replace this with your filename

%% Step 1: load real/imaginary data
img_real = load_nii_img_only(real_fn);
img_imag = load_nii_img_only(imag_fn);

%% step 2: convert to complex value
img_complex = complex(img_real, img_imag);

%% step 3: get the phase from complex valued data
img_phase = angle(img_complex);

%% Step 4: save phase data as a new NIFTI file while keeping the scanner geometry stored in the real image NIFTI
save_nii_img_only(real_fn, phase_fn, img_phase);

You can repeat the above operation for each echo if the echo images are stored as separate files.
