Make real e2e test for labels

Currently we just add labels to the standard storageclass in test/k8s-integration/configs/. This causes problems for test environments that are testing against master.

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale.
Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.
