Describe the issue

We need a private slack channel for the program committee for the 2025 Maintainer Summit in London. This channel will be for the 10 members of the program committee, plus the Summit leads. It will be archived after Kubecon London.

I will create this channel, but need an LGTM from another member of the slack admins.
