Mouse selection should scroll the ircview to permit multi-page selection

Can't select all lines in ircview window...
Can't select for example 300 lines...
So CTRL + A needed and when selecting with mouse scrollbar is moving up/down so i can select more lines not only displayed!
When i scoll mouse - selection changes! So that doesn't work!

Cant select more than one ircview "page" using the mouse because it won't scroll.

not a core target for 3.4, and too hard with the current ircview implementation
