Description

The troubleshooting guides for KIM cover currently only the creation and rotation of cluster kubeconfigs. By the replacement of the provisioner with KIM, we have to extend them to cover also the cluster provisioning functionality in KIM.

Dedicated troubleshooting guides should be created. They have to cover all findings in the risk matrix created during #162 which have a >= medium risk.
