Describe the bug
Under config filters, "disabled_for" a particular list does not disable "rotten_tomatoes" in automatic run.

To Reproduce

  1. On config set rotten_tomatoes rating filter and OMDB Api
  2. Disable filters for a list using "disabled_for"
  3. Run auto mode and watch it exclude movies according to their rating.
    .
    Expected behavior
If "disabled_for" is set for a particular list, its expected all filters will be ignored for that list.
