- Elastic search version changed from 6.5.4 to 6.8.23 (release notes) due to security issues in the 6.5.4 base docker image.

The standard MediaWiki upgrade process can be followed for this release.
The Query service was also updated from 0.3.40 to 0.3.97, but no additional upgrade process is needed.
