Moar nightmare power

Right now you can do the following:

1. Navigate around and type in nightmare
2. Select the contents
3. Paginate along one element.

This isn't flexible enough. A real crawler would be able to move through at will and select when we're at the right page, then move again, and then select.

Nightmare has these capabilities. It'd be sweet to be able to "record and replay" across pages.
