Lavalink v4 Release

Hi!

Today we are finally ready to release the first stable version of Lavalink v4.
Lavalink v4 has been in beta for quite a while at this point at it seems to be holding up well.

With this stable release there are some important changes to the docker images.
Previously we set the -Xmx flag to 4G, which caused some issues for users running Lavalink in docker on machines with less than 4GB RAM.
