more modern alternative?

This project look amazing, however it hasn’t looked like iOS since iOS 6. Do you know of any alternatives?
I know about Ionic, Onsen, and Framework7, but they all need javascript and are hard to set up.

Ha, you're right, it looks like the good ol' days. Ionic can look like iOS, but it's designed around a JS framework too. I wonder if you can use the styles independently?
