在运行脚本时能够检测脚本更新并下载好这样不用每次都来git上看有没有更新，同时在检查更新时建议列出更新内容

#260 我的版本已支持在线更新功能，主仓库如需要此功能可参考修改其中的update.py应该就可以使用了
