Miscellaneous string functions do not work as intended #25

When calling a simple function such as this;

final title = underScoreToTitle('title_case');
print(title);

the output is TiTle_case, when it should be Title Case.

The issue also seems to be present for toTitleCase & underScoreToCamel.
