Hi I noticed that the system version currently is part of the configuration file, this seems a bit strange, I it should be tied to the loaded modules not to how the configuration is set.

First, I modified leo_manager's configuration as the follows:
leo-project/leo_manager@78fb6e4

Then I'm going to modify leo_storage and gateway similarly.

I fixed this issue with v1.0.0-pre3
