A documented CLI would be a decent interim step. Is the intended use of this tool to report on individual judges? I could see value in testing whether I, the user, have an unconscious bias against female debaters.

Or is this more about crawling a bunch of different judges and ranking them by gender bias. Again, obvious use cases: pref judges based on their propensity to vote for your specific debaters.
