How can I get coords from a ltt95 plot?

Dear Dr. Revell,

I am a novice user of your package and I hope you could help me out.

There are 100 trees that I've plotted by ltt95 command (median, alpha 0.05, res 1000).
Now, I need something like a two-column matrix with the time points and the number of lineages. It could be the median or mean of lineages.

How can I get these coords values from the ltt95 plot?
