I have found the cophylo plot function very useful for making comparisons between phylogenies. One small issue I am running into is that the scale bars for each tree are often placed very far apart, such that they are often cut off at the side of the figure.
Is it possible to adjust the position of scale bars individually in order to shift them closer to the middle of the plot? Thank you!
