CrosspostSharp 3.0

Pretty much the whole UI has been rewritten in this version (don't get too excited, it's still a Windows desktop application.)

Use the Tools menu to add and remove accounts. Multiple accounts per site are supported on all sites except DeviantArt / Sta.sh.
