go-libp2p-kad-dht/v2 is now called zikade.

The v2 designation, although idiomatic for Go packages, could cause confusion when referred to as DHT v2 since it could be assumed to be a new version of the IPFS DHT protocols. To avoid this confusion we've chosen a new distinct name for the new DHT implementation: zikade.

The zikade code will initially live at https://github.com/plprobelab/zikade

The main v2-develop branch and related branches will be removed from this repo.
