App backup creates an empty file

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to settings
2. select backup and restore
3. select backup and create a backup file

Expected behavior

It should should create a backup file of settings subscriptions and history etc.

Actual behavior

The file created is empty like it have just {} in contents.

0.12.0

Android version

Android 10

Other details

It is an issue in this version in previous versions it was working as expected.
