Queue wiped when reopen app if playing in Background mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Play a video
2. Add videos to queue
3. Switch into Background mode
4. Maximize the video
5. When view the queue, manually queued videos are no longer in queue

Expected behavior

The queue should stay the same when one reopens the app

Actual behavior

The queue gets reset to an automated queue
