WiiU Core Support.

This is a Request for a WiiU Core, I understand that the Arcade performance for WiiU will be worse than the Mame2003 Plus Core but the main reason for the request is Mame2016 supports MESS Systems, I'd like to be able to use the Core to play BBC Micro specifically but the other older Systems would be cool to try out on WiiU..

I wouldn't be against stripping the Core of all Arcade drivers and just have the Mess support included if it would be easier?

EDIT: I posted this request in the 2015 issues page last week but it seems like the Mame2015 is dead at this point?
