Nimbus steelseries controller doesn't work with Megadrive / Genesis

Hi.
I can use my Nimbus steelseries controllers (MFI) with Sega MS or SNES but nothing is working with the Sega MD / Genesis. I tried several controller settings but couldn't fix it.
Is there something missing?

Mind exporting your controller configs and uploading them here? THen we could make sure they're correct.

Not 100% sure of the file. Is it this one? (I had to change the extension to upload it but it is PicoDrive.opt)

Apologies, the autoconfig for your controller? Antoher thing you could check is the QuickMenu Controls settings
