Latest update cause issues with joycon and pro controller #931

After updating to 1.16.0 autoconfig on my Nintendo switch, the option to disable dpad to analog didn't work. Checked the option on core and RetroArch and both was selected "none". The ini file the option was with the value "0". After returning to 1.15.0 the problem was solved. Tested on flycast, mupen64, PCSX cores.
