Should work in a fashion similar to the recently added HTML5Player:

reuse #i= like this: #i=http://host/image.jpg
detect when value starts with http* and use ImagePlayer instead of ImgurPlayer
do not care about extension (so that things like https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CSE7Eh-UwAEe409.jpg:large work)
