Numbering parts?

Is there a way to number parts in HTML via pandoc-crossref? LaTeX handles this properly for PDFs.

At the moment, pandoc-crossref numbers sections etc. like this:

1. First part
1.1. First chapter
1.2. Second chapter
1.2.1. A section
1.2.2. Another section
2. Second part
2.1. Third chapter

What you want for HTML:

I. First part
1. First chapter
2. Second chapter
2.1. A section
2.2. Another section
II. Second part
3. Third chapter

Notably:

• Numbering of chapters is not restarted after a new part.
• Part numbers don’t appear in chapter numbers and section numbers.

A quick update, the latest commits on any-prefix branch allow for this with a bit of set-up. See https://github.com/lierdakil/pandoc-crossref/tree/any-prefix/test/m2m/numbering-parts for an example. Not released in any capacity at the time of writing, but if you want to try it out, find an automated build for commit ec33f99 (or later) on any-prefix branch (see README for more details). Fair warning though, LaTeX output on any-prefix branch is broken currently, and it might be a while 'till I fix it.
