Improvement for deep link handling

Currently, when opening links like !community@otherinstance.org, I get redirected to otherinstance.org/c/community, where I cannot interact with anything unless I happen to have an account with that instance coo, which kinda breaks the concept of federation.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be better if the link would forward me to myinstance.org/c/community@otherinstance.org, and only if the server returns a 404 here should you be redirected to the other instance (maybe with a message why the app left the local instance).

Describe alternatives you've considered

If the user has an account with the other instance, optionally (setting) the app could forward to the other instance.

Additional context

My proposal is how this feature was handled in the official Lemmy webui.
