My Plan Weeks order not working

Describe the bug

The Weeks order is not working correctly, After adding a number major than 9 (For example 10, 11, 12...) they appear below the number 1.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'My Plan page'
2. Scroll down to 'Weeks section'
3. See Weeks plan order

Expected behavior

The Weeks order should show in a correct ascending order
