Align use of CSS dark and default style

As now there are many exceptions to css style. One of the reason is that we have no definition for active elements, such as a page in page selector.

As a consequence, the predefined colours are not used consistently.

This was also a reason for #195.
In fact there should not be any cusotm styles in style-mode-dark.css file.
