总是提示TimeoutError: 上传视频至 Google cloud 失败, 请检查 VPN 配置和 APIKey 是否正确; [WinError 10061] 由于目标计算机积极拒绝，无法连接。

确定已正确设置apikey。有额度。
本地已开启VPN，且代理接口是10900（已同步修改）

可能是代理的地址不支持，我用香港就不行，日本可以，只要可以访问到谷歌云就可以。clash开系统代理，再去运行，只要成功一次，关掉系统代理都可以。

他们说这是谷歌产品的dns问题，clash开系统代理，让它自己去配置正确的dns，所以只要成功一次后续就没事了
