Description

Updates the metamask provider to be compatible with EIP1193.

Submission Checklist 📝

  • Remove metamask providers
  • Add EthereumWalletApiProvider that implements EIP1193 (metamask supported)
  • Update EthereumRpcProvider so jsonrpc calls return raw responses. this.rpc returns formatted for internal use
