Give an option to disable on screen mouse hold (drag)

I am having a lot of undesired, false mouse drag events when tapping on screen. I think it may be preferred to have a chance to disable tap and hold for initiation drag event completely and use onscreen mouse buttons for that purpose. So an option is settings could be a good idea for that. Those who like things as they are can enable drag event buy tapping and holding on the screen, whose who don't, can disable it and eliminate false triggers of mouse hold and use onscreen mouse buttons.
