Thank you so much for iDOS, which I’m still using on several devices, including my new iPad Pro with M4 chip and the new Magic Keyboard. I’m posting this mainly because I have my fingers crossed that Apple will re-approve iDOS and it will return to ongoing development.

On my new iPad Pro, using the trackpad to control the mouse (at least in Windows 3.1) isn’t working. I can control the mouse pointer from the touchscreen, so it’s functioning and the driver seems to be working. I’m not sure if there’s anything I might do to troubleshoot this or if it’s a hardware issue of some sort with the new keyboard.

@litchie it's happening! Any chance this can get added so it truly feels like a laptop experience?

Will try to get my hands on a magic keyboard and test it.

I’m thrilled iDOS is back in the App Store—this time, hopefully for good. And Windows 3.1 on iDOS 3 supported the new Magic Keyboard trackpad perfectly for me. For some reason that wasn’t true in the old iDOS.

Someone on Reddit commented that this is fixed with the ios 18 beta.
